Spencer Domer is a multi‑instrumentalist and dedicated music educator who brings energy, versatility, and a deep love of teaching to West Jersey Music Academy. With a background spanning guitar, voice, and piano, Spencer creates a welcoming and encouraging learning environment where students of all ages can explore their musical interests and grow with confidence.

Spencer’s teaching approach blends solid technical foundations with creativity and personal expression. Whether guiding a beginner through their first chords or helping a developing vocalist strengthen their tone, he meets each student exactly where they are and helps them build the skills they need to thrive.

A passionate collaborator, Spencer has worked with a variety of music programs and ensembles, gaining experience across classical, contemporary, and worship settings. His ability to connect with students, adapt to different learning styles, and make lessons both structured and fun makes him a valued member of the WJMA faculty.
