Phil Conine has been playing drums and studying music since the age of 8 years old. He graduated with honors from University of the Arts with a degree in Jazz and Contemporary performance. Phil is an active touring and recording artist based out of Philadelphia with a passion for teaching and passing knowledge to the next generation of musicians. His approach to teaching is individually catered to each student’s interests and needs while maintaining fundamental and universal exercises, techniques, and repertoire.
